The Commerce Society of Kirori Mal College is an association of students that represents the Department of Commerce. It has taken the mantle of organizing various activities for the department throughout the year. atform which correlates the world of knowledge with a world of practical reality. For this purpose it arranges talks, lectures, group discussion, competition, seminars, conferences and the likes. This society was born with the efforts of a few enthusiastic minds, and today it has been able to establish a strong team which marches on with the society banner. The Society takes pride in boasting about its 5 As-Aarohan, Advent, Appulse, Adieu and Acumen. Aarohan- Marking the infusion of the young blood into the society, the orientation is welcomes the new recruits into the society and marks the first step of their ComSoc journey. Appulse-It is an inter college initiative which attempts to bring together the creative potential of young minds in the University of Delhi. Sharing a common dream, grooming itself each year to excel and adding new dimensions, the society brought Appulse 2013 to life, far beyond expectations. Acumen- In accordance with its belief that pen is mightier than the sword, the society brings out its annual magazine Acumen which is a tool for students to use their words to spread intellect. Adieu- Adieu is a poignant farewell that we host for the senior year celebrating their graduation and college life and bid them bon voyage for their journey outside college. Besides the above mentioned initiatives, the Commerce Society of Kirori Mal College has also been in the forefront to organize various educational and informative seminars and workshops from the beginning to provide students with a platform to discover their latent talents and raise the level of awareness around the world, be it corporate or spiritual or environmental.
