A career guidance and placement training program was conducted at our college in association with Rub Foundation and Reliance for skill development. The program was a well-organized career guidance and placement training session for final-year B.Pharm students at E.R.K. College of Pharmacy.
The session successfully equipped the students with essential soft skills and interview readiness, effectively bridging the gap between graduation and professional employment.
Our aim was to bridge the gap between academic education and professional employment among students.
Our final-year B.Pharm students actively participated in this programme.

National Science Day 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm at E. R. K. College of Pharmacy, Erumiyampatti, Dharmapuri District. B. Pharm students showcased their creativity and knowledge by presenting informative scientific posters. The celebration fostered curiosity, innovation, and a scientific temper among the students.

World Cancer Day was successfully conducted by II-D.Pharm students in the presence of Dr. K. Anand Kumar, Principal, and Dr. P. Sivakumar Director, on 04.02.2026. The programme aimed to create awareness about cancer prevention, early diagnosis, and healthy lifestyle practices. Students actively participated through poster presentations highlighting various types of cancer, risk factors, symptoms, and preventive measures. The Principal addressed the gathering and emphasized the important role of pharmacy students in community health education and patient counseling. The programme was informative and meaningful, enhancing students’ awareness, knowledge, and sense of professional and social responsibility.
