Eligibility:

M.Sc. (Electronics): Candidates who have passed and secured a minimum of 50% in 3 Years B.Sc. (Major) programs in Electronics / Physics Instrumentation, Information Technology / Computer Science / Mathematics or other allied subjects from any Indian University recognized by UGC

M.Tech.(ECE): B.Tech./B.E/AMIETE in Electronics, ECE, EEE, IT, Instrumentation or M.Sc. (Electronics)/allied subjects with 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates with a valid GATE score will be given preference.

Ph.D.: Aggregate 55% marks in the Master Degree in allied subjects.
