SETGOI, Durgapur, successfully organized a One-Day Safety & Disaster Management Training Program in collaboration with NDRF, 2nd Battalion, Haringhata, under the AICTE initiative on Disaster Management and Preparedness.

More than 250 students participated in technical sessions, mock drills, evacuation training, and first-aid & CPR demonstrations conducted by NDRF experts. The program enhanced awareness, preparedness, and emergency response skills among future engineers.
