Edavanna Yatheemkhana(orphanage) was Established in 1961 and registered under societies act 1860 and recognized by Board of Control for Orphanages.It is situated in Edavanna ,Eranad Taluk in Malappuram District,Kerala. The only institution currently running under this society is an Aided LP School Under Area Intensive Scheme(Central Government)

itute under Edavanna Yatheemkhana Society. The orphanage committee realizing the situation decided to establish a new polytechnic College at Edavanna orphanage campus.There are 325 orphans and destitute in the orphanage. They are given food, shelter and education and carrier opportunities by the Orphanage. To meet the career and technical education for the inmates and the locals of the district of Malappuram, establishment of a polytechnic College is highly significant. Courses :
