The association has gained popularity over time. In recent years almost the entire graduating class becomes a part of the association. Soon after graduation, a Felicitation Function is organised by the Alumni Association which marks a rite of passage to the bigger world. At this function all the students are congratulated, presented with a memento certificate and the Year Book. The toppers are rec
ognised and rewarded with prizes. The Alumni Association facilitates reunions/gatherings on a regular basis. The alumni are invited to come and share their personal experiences with the students. The toppers give academic counselling and such peer advice benefits the students greatly. Alumni who occupy significant niches in industry or business impart awareness about various career opportunities and challenges. In addition to this the alumni assist in extension services, cultural and sports activities. These regular interactions between the alumni and students contribute significantly to the growth and development of the College. The College extends library facilities to the alumni members. A conducive environment and the availability of relevant resources attract alumni pursuing higher studies to avail of this facility.
