And that's how Mrs. Anjana Hazari - President of Gandhidham Collegiate Board decided to address the long-felt need of an exclusive English - medium commerce college in this township. Every year from Adipur-Gandhidham complex, on an average 450 students clear out their higher-secondary examination in commerce faculty f

rom English medium schools. Over and above there were also students from nearby cities like Anjar, Mandvi, Bhuj and lot more other villages also in search of an institution, where the medium of instruction would only be `ENGLISH'. So much so, that a few parents were forced to make up their minds to send their children to some other cities for graduation. Hazari started giving her dreams - a shape in the form of "Tolani Institute of Commerce" which is an "English medium" college offering "graduation in commerce" - a self finance college affiliated to Kutch University.
