Shri Yash Vardhan Patel, Advisor (IC-SA), IC Wing, Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence, and Shri Anish Kumar, IRSE, Advisor (DPA-III), Ministry of External Affairs, graced the interaction with their presence. The Centre for India's neighbourhood and Internal Security Studies (CINISS), under the School of International Cooperation, Security, and Strategic Languages (SICSSL), Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) is hosting a panel discussion tomorrow titled "The US-Israel-Iran conflict: Evolving situation in West Asia".

The School of International Cooperation, Security and Strategic Languages (SICSSL), Rashtriya Raksha University, successfully concluded the strategic engagement held on 2nd February 2026 at the RRU Auditorium, marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Rashtriya Raksha University and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center (TECC).

The MoU establishes a framework for academic cooperation, educational exchange, and collaborative research in areas of mutual interest. The event also witnessed the official launch of the Second Volume of CINISS Reports, reinforcing the University’s commitment to policy-relevant research and strategic studies.

SICSSL remains committed to facilitating institutional partnerships that advance international cooperation and academic diplomacy through structured engagement with global stakeholders.
