Celebrating a meaningful contribution to Social Entrepreneurship!

Dr. Nilesh Priyadarshi, Founder & CEO, Kaarigar Clinic, Ahmedabad, was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation under the Social Entrepreneurship Category of the Dr. V. G. Patel Memorial Award 2026.

Through his work with artisans, rural communities and women entrepreneurs, he has supported 5,000+ artisans, contributed to the development of 480+ entrepreneurial enterprises, and created livelihood opportunities for 75,000 artisans across 15 states and 75 traditional crafts.

🌍 International Capacity Building Programme under ITEC

EDII invites applications for the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India–sponsored ITEC International Capacity Building Programme on “New Enterprise Creation and Skill Upgradation”, scheduled from 14–27 October 2026.

The two-week programme will focus on developing entrepreneurial skills and knowledge for identifying business opportunities, preparing business plans, managing finances, marketing products and services, and building sustainable enterprises.

📌 Eligibility: The programme is open to eligible applicants from ITEC partner countries and is not open to Indian nationals.

Dr. K. S. Chandrasekar, Vice Chancellor, Cluster University of Jammu, was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation under the Traditional Entrepreneurship Category of the Dr. V. G. Patel Memorial Award 2026.
