The Department of Physics, RSAPS, The Assam Royal Global University, extends its heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Nikita Dasgupta, 4th Semester, M.Sc. Physics, on her remarkable research achievement.

Her research paper titled "Dynamic Control of Supercontinuum Generation in Semiconductor Quantum Wells through Modulated Nonlinearity and Dispersion" has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Nonlinear Optical Physics & Materials (JNOPM), a Scopus and SCI Indexed International Journal with an Impact Factor of 2.3.

Visualizing Quantum Worlds through Python

We are delighted to share that our brilliant B.Sc. Physics student, Mr. Zonun has plotted the electron probability density for both the ground and excited states in a 3D infinite potential box using Python coding.
This work beautifully demonstrates the integration of Physics, Mathematics, and Computational Programming in understanding quantum mechanical systems. Such innovative learning and hands-on computational approaches inspire scientific curiosity and strengthen conceptual understanding among students.
Congratulations to Zonun for this excellent achievement and for showcasing the power of computational physics in modern scientific education.
