The world social work day had been successfully celebrated by the students of social work department. On the auspicious day the student made a wall magazine related the theme of social work day " Ubuntu: I am Because We Are " and organised interactive session with Milin Dutta .Also the students performed a street play on " LGBTQ" community .Some fun games were played by teachers and students of Social Work department. The day ended with a cultural program.

Remembering the martyrs of pulwana Attack.Tribute to the brave CRPF personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty during Pulwana terror attack on 14th February 2019, Nation will always remember their valour and supreme sacrifice.On this day, two years back 40 soldiers sacrificed their lives for our nation in Pulwama attack.
Department of Social Work of Nerim Group of Institution has organised a small deepest condolence for tribute to the victim of 14February,2019 terror attacks.

Nerim Group of Institutions Celebrated its 29th Foundation Day. The day was started with Cultural rally, various themes were exhibited in the rally. The social work department also participate with the theme " Cradle to Grave ".

Remembering the departed souls who lost their lives on 30th October 2008. October 30 Observed As Black Day in History of Assam. Black Day observed every year in memory of those who died in the serial blasts on October 30, 2008. It was on the fateful day of 30th October.
Department of social work of Nerim Group of Institutions has organised a small deepest condolence for tribute to the victim of 30th October, 2008 terror attacks.
