Department of MBA in association with Entrepreneurship and Incubation Cell and IIC, IMSEC organized an Expert session on “Entrepreneurship & Branding in 21st century: The Need of the Hour” on 9th December 2024 at IMSEC campus. The Keynote speaker was Dr. Dhruv Sood, CEO, Indo Realistic Management Consultant LLP. The session effectively covered core concepts of entrepreneurship and branding, the distinction between the two concepts, how entrepreneurship focuses on starting and growing a business. Key topics such as market research, identifying a target audience, and building a unique value proposition were addressed clearly.
Prof(Dr) M.P Singh, HOD, MBA was the convenor of this programme and it was well coordinated by Dr.Siby James, Associate Professor, MBA Department. On behalf of IMSEC Fraternity, HOD welcomed the Dr. Dhruv Sood by giving him a sapling.
The session balanced theoretical aspects with practical insights, making the content accessible for both budding entrepreneurs and more experienced business owners.
The Speaker provided actionable takeaways on how entrepreneurs can begin to build a brand, including choosing the right brand identity, understanding consumer behavior, and leveraging digital marketing. The speaker’s enthusiasm and knowledge motivated participants, inspiring them to think critically about their own branding strategies
