The Department of AI & Business Analytics, GIMS, Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR, successfully organized a two-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Client Communication through Power BI Dashboards” on April 17–18, 2026, in hybrid mode.

The programme witnessed participation from industry professionals, academicians, researchers, and students, providing a comprehensive platform for hands-on learning using Microsoft Power BI. The sessions focused on dashboard design, data storytelling, interactive visualization techniques, and developing client-centric communication strategies to deliver real-time, actionable insights.

The session will be conducted by CS Shivam Sharma, Chairman, Ghaziabad Chapter, The ICSI (2024–25), who brings valuable professional expertise and practical market insights to the learning experience. This session aims to provide in-depth understanding of modern portfolio theories, risk-return optimisation, diversification strategies, and practical approaches to portfolio construction. It will also include hands-on exposure to preparing investment portfolios and understanding live trading practices, enabling students to connect theoretical concepts with real market applications.
