A part of the "Future Talent Program" of adidas Group, we in India, catch them young!! We visit the finest management and fashion schools every year during summers. Students are selected after a rigorous process of screening and interviewing to intern with us. Intern ships typically happen for 6-8 weeks wherein they are assigned projects with the key teams of the business.The projects are strategi
c in nature and has direct impact on business. For records, some of the projects delivered by interns have been implemented too. Interns are given a full day's company orientation and sent to store visits. There is a mid term review of projects and it ends with a final presentation in front of a panel of senior leaders. This evaluation clubbed with the mentor's feedback is key for consideration for any PPO/PPI. Every academic year PPOs are offered to atleast 10% interns. They say 'Hire by audition, not resumes'. Thats exactly what we achieve through this program.This serves us best to spot our future talent and connect well with our TG. Not to mention the coolness factor of working in adidas.... we hate formal wear. We do yoga. We play basketball when we want to stress bust. we party, we party hard- all in our amazing office terrace, and trust its nothing less than a grand club!! We get some delicious healthy food here. We get to buy adidas & Reebok merchandise at unimaginable prices!! And last but probably the most important one- We make friends here, for life.... we proudly call it our tribal membership....
