☕✨ Event Highlights | Latte Art & Barista Mastery Training

The School of Hotel and Tourism Management, SGT University successfully conducted a Skill-Based Faculty Training Program titled “Latte Art and Beyond: Barista Mastery for Hospitality Educators.” The session was organised in collaboration with the Centre of Barista Training and delivered by an expert trainer from Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters.

Faculty members engaged in an insightful and hands-on learning experience covering the fundamentals of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and creative latte art techniques. The workshop provided valuable industry exposure and practical skills, enhancing the teaching capabilities of hospitality educators.

The session was coordinated under the guidance of Mr. Harish Kumar, Associate Dean, and Dr. Milan Sharma, HOD, making it an enriching learning experience for all participants.
