𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. 🇫🇷❤️

Our BACA students have arrived at É𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩é𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐏â𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞, 𝐘𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐱, and somehow, in 7 days, they are already making this look like home.

Week 1: 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬.
And judging by these photographs, a serious amount of pastry, laughter and pure happiness.

This is what access to the É𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 looks like.

Schuyler Pereira was learning in these kitchens.

This time, he came back to lead them.

Now a Demi Chef de Partie at Adour, École Ducasse Paris Campus, Schuyler returned to École Ducasse India for two days of classic French technique, from Œufs Cocotte and Gnocchi Parisienne to Gougères au Comté and Suprême de Volaille, Sauce Chasseur.

The student left for Paris.
The chef came back to teach.
