Vincenza, Delphique, MDI MDI Gurgaon launches a unique International Business Coaching Program, 'Vincenza'. SEED will track the progress of the top 50 over the next year.

Vincenza is India's first business coaching program, with a business plan competition as a prelude. So far, B-plan competitions do not go beyond the award ceremonies and the immense potential of the entrepreneurs who could not make to top 3 goes unharnessed. Vincenza, aims to provide coaching at various levels, personalized and broad, for every participant in the competition! Every participant wil

l be entitled to three free webinars where the missing ingredients in his/her Business Plan will be detailed and explained. This is really unique that every potential entrepreneur will get some inputs other than 'yes' or 'no' for next round. Top 50 participants will be put through a one-on-one mentoring program with leading practitioners to refine their business plans in the run up to the final round. Top ten participants will get to pitch to top investors like Sanjeev Aggarwal of Helion Ventures, Sanjiv Bikhchandani of InfoEdge, and Puneet Vatsayan of The Hatch. After the finals are over and the cheers have died down...the best is yet to come. Top 50 participants will get a year long program of incubation, virtual or physical, at partner incubators including SEED, the MDI Incubator. The virtual incubation will involve access to mentors, markets, investors, and logistics support. Delphique, National Management Convention of MDI is the organiser with SEED, MDI being the principal partner of the event. We expect to see our efforts pay off in the form of at least 3 companies with disproportionately high valuation.

How it Started::

In 2011, MDI Gurgaon launched a unique International Business Coaching Program, 'Vincenza'. Vincenza provided coaching at various levels, personalized and broad, for every participant in the competition and promoted the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation among the students of India.

Top 10 teams were provided with a 'start-up accelerator' program by MDI's principal partner 'The Hatch'.

38 selected participants got a yearlong program of incubation, virtual or physical, at partner incubators including SEED, the MDI Incubator and The Hatch.
