Chef Michael Swamy, acclaimed food stylist, author, visual storyteller and proud Le Cordon Bleu alumnus, conducted a special three-day workshop for students at Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram, GD Goenka University.

Centred on the art of food photography and visual storytelling, the workshop explored everything from mood, lighting, shadows and angles to styling, composition and creating striking food imagery for both photo and video. Drawing from his remarkable work behind the camera, Chef Swamy showed students how to turn a dish into a story and a frame into something unforgettable.
