Our student Ms. Teter Tamuk (MSc 2023-25), carried out masters project – “Synthesis of pH Sensitive Water Absorbing Microgel” under the supervision of Dr. Nazima Sultana, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, USTM, has selected and joined for PhD at North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology, Arunachal Pradesh.

Our student Darshini Hazarika (MSc 2023-25), did M.Sc. project - “Exploring the potential of Carbon Quantum Dots as Fluorescent Probes for Fe+3 Metal-Ion Sensing” under the supervision of Dr. Nazima Sultana has now qualified the Dibrugarh University DURAT 2025 exam for PhD and is selected for the PhD in chemistry.
