IIIT Una is wishing to start its first ACM-Women student chapter and in this regard female students are required to register as an ACM student member .



The prospects and benefits of ACM-W Student chapter for the students are:

Access to the digital library
Students can also take advantage of ACM activities and services.
They also help students get involved in workshops, resume assistance, and career building initiatives.
ACM student membership will cost approx. INR 1310 per year for an individual and hopefully most of the girl students would like to grab the opportunity and be a part of this chapter. Further details can be found on:

Well, on 5th April, Data Science Club of IIIT-UNA conducted a successful workshop on AWS and cloud computing which witnessed the participation of many people.
Shaharyar Shamshi and Raghav Sharma talked about their experiences on the same. Topics like AWS in Data Science, EC2 and Lambda functions were taught.

InfoSec Community presents the first ever CTF contest for the college. It will be an online jeopardy style CTF (Capture The Flag) contest where participants will be tested against various cybersecurity domains. It is a beginner friendly CTF and mainly focused on the topics to be covered in the workshop.

The contest will run for 24-hours starting at 9.00 PM, Saturday 30th March 2019.
