Celebrating International Yoga Day at Monad University 🧘‍♀️🌿

Monad University embraced the spirit of International Yoga Day with vibrant energy and active participation. The morning began with a peaceful Yoga Protocol and Surya Namaskar at 7:00 AM, setting a mindful tone for the day.

At 10:00 AM, students showcased their thoughts in a Yoga Essay Competition. Congratulations to Ipti Shaam (MA Yoga) for securing 1st place, Aakriti Pal (BPES) for 2nd, and Vidhi Garg (BA Yoga) for 3rd! 🎉

A thought-provoking seminar followed at 11:30 AM with Dr. Nishant from Subharti University as the keynote speaker. The session was smoothly hosted by Dr. Pradeep Kumar, and concluded with a warm vote of thanks from Dr. Sunil Kumar Shriwas, Dean, School of Sports.
