An amazing and insightful session by Mr. Pranav Kumar on Design Thinking for AI Leadership! Students were completely engrossed in the hands-on Design Thinking activity, enthusiastically following the EDIPT process — Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. It was wonderful to witness their excitement as they showcased their final prototypes, creatively developed through teamwork, empathy, and customer-centric understanding. The session beautifully highlighted that while technology is a powerful enabler, it is the human touch and empathy that truly drive innovation and leadership in the AI era.
Thanks to Mr.Pranav Kumar for the great effort and time and make our MBA students understanding the concept through practical exercise.

Honoured to deliver a talk on “RFID and Beyond in Healthcare Supply Chain” at the National Conference: HEALTH ACCORD 3.0, held on 1st August 2025 at Shilpakala Vedika, Madhapur, Hyderabad, conducted the Department of Hospital Administration, Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Hyderabad, focuses on shaping the future of healthcare by discussing emerging trends, preventive healthcare, and patient-centered medicine.

In the session, I highlighted how RFID and emerging digital technologies are revolutionizing India’s healthcare supply chains with real-time visibility, traceability, and efficiency. Explored industry case studies showcasing how these innovations ensure cold chain compliance, asset tracking, reduced wastage, and improved patient safety, leading to sustainability.

The School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad, organized a two-day Orientation Program on 21st and 22nd July 2025 to welcome the new cohort of students from MBA (General) – 26th Batch, MBA (Healthcare & Hospital Management) – 18th Batch, and MBA (Business Analytics) – 9th Batch for the academic year 2025–2027.
The orientation was designed to familiarize students with the academic ecosystem, industry expectations, and the core values of the School. The program featured inspiring sessions by eminent industry leaders who guided students on aligning their skills and competencies with the rapidly evolving demands of the corporate and healthcare sectors.
Distinguished speakers included:
• Dr. Arun Kumar Tiwari, noted Indian missile scientist and co-developer of India's missile technology with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, who encouraged students to embrace scientific thinking, innovation, and social responsibility.
• Dr. S. Anand Reddy, HR and L&OD expert at Hetero Group, who emphasized the importance of leadership development, organizational learning, and adaptability.
• Mr. Raja Rajarajan S, Group COO at Alluri Sitarama Raju Academy of Medical Sciences, who offered strategic insights into healthcare administration and operational excellence.
• Mr. Raghu Punnamraju, Technologist at Velocity Clinical Research, who spoke on the relevance of digital transformation and data-driven decision-making in modern industries.

Delighted to share that I have attended today the National Seminar on Empowering India’s Research Future, organized by Research Heights Foundation at ESCI Hyderabad on 9th & 10th July 2025. This seminar, themed “Research for a Resilient, Self-Reliant Viksit Bharat,” aligns with NEP 2020 and SDG 2030, offering valuable insights on research reforms, institutional readiness, emerging technologies, and innovation ecosystems.

The inaugural session was truly inspiring with Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, Former Vice President of India, delivering an impactful address, and Mr. G. Laxman Ji sharing an insightful speech that set the tone for the seminar.

Looking forward to engaging sessions by Dr. G. Satheesh Reddy, Dr. S. Somanath, Prof. K. Ramgopal Rao, Dr. B.S. Murthy, and other eminent leaders. Attended the ‘Digital Innovations & Sustainability – Shaping Healthcare Future’ workshop on June 28th, 2025, at KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad, I found it to be a profoundly enriching experience that underscored the imperative for hospitals to adopt best practices in sustainability while embracing digital transformation.

The workshop, orchestrated by KIMS Hospitals with impeccable precision, featured eminent leaders including Dr. Bhaskar Rao, Dr. Girdhar Gyani, Dr. Sandeep Attawar, Dr. Lallu Joseph, Dr. Arun Mavaji Seetharam, and Ms. Keerthi D Souza, who shared transformative insights on AI in clinical outcomes, precision healing, EMR adoption, digital quality tools, green healthcare, and robotics in surgery. Each session illuminated the profound synergy between technology and sustainable healthcare delivery, emphasizing the role of digital tools in achieving seamless compliance, enhancing patient safety, and optimizing hospital operations.

The panel discussions on AI revolution and robotics in surgery showcased real-world applications leading to quality outcomes, while sessions on green energy in hospitals and biological indicators in healthcare highlighted the need for environmentally conscious operational strategies. The workshop also celebrated healthcare excellence through recognitions like the Innovate Health 2025 Awards, inspiring participants to drive impactful changes within their institutions.

It was a pleasure to meet Ms. Lau Joseph and Dr. Ramaiah during the networking sessions, exchanging perspectives on implementing sustainable practices in day-to-day hospital administration.
