Mr. Prashanth Vasu, Managing Director at the Sanmar Group and former Partner at McKinsey & Company, brings decades of global leadership experience across consulting, manufacturing, and enterprise transformation. Mr. Rama Krishna Mallela, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and IIM Bangalore, brings over 25 years of global experience in transformation across IT, HR, and complex international ecosystems. Having worked extensively across the US, EMEA, APAC, and India, he is known for navigating high-pressure environments with ethical grounding, emotional balance, and executive presence. A certified Heartfulness meditation trainer and author of multiple leadership and values-based learning programs, he embodies the integration of spiritual intelligence with modern leadership demands.
