In the course of time over 22 years, Rishi has grown from a basic Degree level education into a highly selective management and technical courses. The College honors its roots a

nd the student population has leapt from 38 in 1988 to over 1600 students today including MBA & MCA in post-graduation and Engineering, B.Com and B.Sc Courses at under-graduation level. We have also made an indelible mark on higher education at large and at the same time, Rishi’s environment is enhanced by diversity.

A total of 76 final year students were selected in 3 different companies.

32 students got selected in DIGITIDE SOLUTIONS with CTC 2.5 LPA

26 Students got selected in MUTHOOT FINANCE with CTC 2.5 LPA

18 students got selected in GROWVIA TECH with 3.5 LPA

The management and faculty congratulated the selected students and encouraged them to excel in their full time job employment.

We are delighted to share that the Ignite Scale - Innovation Hackathon 2026 held on 25th March 2026 at Rishi MS was a remarkable and memorable event, setting a benchmark with 160 innovative business ideas and enthusiastic participation from various institutions.

Out of these, the Top 8 innovative ideas were recognized and awarded, reflecting the high level of creativity and competition among participants.

The event was highly inspiring and showcased the creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset of the participants.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed Chief Guests, Dr. Mahender Kondapalkala and Dr. Ramesh Kanneganti, distinguished leaders from the technology, entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Dr. Mahender Kondapalkala, a Ph.D. in Marketing Communications and a serial entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience, has led multiple ventures across AI/ML, IoT, renewable energy, and agribusiness, while actively mentoring startups and promoting sustainable innovation.

Dr. Ramesh Kanneganti, a renowned academician and Chairman of the NSS Experts Committee under UGC-SWAYAM, brings deep expertise in National Security and Human Security Studies, with rich global academic exposure and leadership in research foundations.

Their insights greatly motivated students to align their ideas with real-world applications.

A total of 40 final-year students were selected for an AI-based Paid Internship Program.

The internship will provide students with hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence and real-world industry practices.

The management and faculty congratulated the selected students and encouraged them to excel in their internship and secure full-time offers based on performance.

Rishi MS On 20th February 2026 conducted a comprehensive “Resume Level Up” AI Assessment Platform Orientation and Workshop for final-year students, focused on enhancing placement readiness and aligning student competencies with IT industry expectations.

The session introduced students to an AI-powered assessment platform designed to evaluate technical skills, aptitude, communication, and role-specific capabilities. Through practical demonstrations and structured guidance, students gained clarity on how their current skill sets align with real-world job roles in the IT industry.

The workshop emphasized:

Rishi MS has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with HackBoats, a product-based and innovation-driven company specializing in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Drones, and Emerging Technologies.

The MoU was formalized by Mahan RK, CEO – HackBoats, on 18th February 2026.

Under this partnership, a dedicated Center of Excellence (CoE) in Robotics & Artificial Intelligence will be established to provide students with hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies, real-time product development environments, research-driven learning, and innovation-led training.

The CoE will focus on:

Practical training in Robotics, AI, IoT, and Drone technologies

Live projects and product-based development exposure

Industry mentoring and technical guidance

Innovation, research, and prototype development

Career pathways in emerging technology domains
