Constitution Day Celebration – 26th November 2025

The Legal Aid and Pro Bono Committee of ICFAI Law School, in collaboration with the ICFAI School of Liberal Arts, organized Constitution Day on 26 November 2025 at The ICFAI University, Jaipur, in accordance with the UGC Advisory dated 24 November 2025. The event was graced by Prof. (Dr.) H. P. Singh, VSM, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, and Prof. (Dr.) R. Neesamoorthy, Registrar, along with faculty members and students. The programme commenced with the collective reading of the Preamble, followed by an address by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor highlighting the importance of constitutional values and responsible citizenship. A Constitution Day Quiz was conducted to encourage student engagement with essential constitutional principles and landmark cases. The event was documented as per UGC norms, and the celebration concluded with the National Anthem and a group photograph.

The Centre for Public Law and Policy (CPLAP), ICFAI Law School, Jaipur, organized a Group Discussion for first-year students on “Online Gaming in India: Is Regulation a Solution?” on September 19, 2025, from 12:30–13:30 at Room 001A. The session aimed to build students’ confidence and public speaking skills. Participants shared diverse views, engaged in critical analysis, and were evaluated by faculty jury Ms. Diksha Yadav and Mr. Ratnesh Pandey. The discussion concluded with encouraging words from Mr. Hitesh Manglani, Faculty Coordinator-CPLAP, motivating students to take part in future academic activities.

ILS Premier League Season 2 (10–17 September 2025)

The ILS Premier League Season 2 opened with great enthusiasm, inaugurated by Hon’ble Prof. (Dr.) H.P. Singh, Vice-Chancellor, ICFAI University, Jaipur. With six boys’ teams and two girls’ teams, the six-day tournament was marked by thrilling matches, excellent commentary, and energetic student participation, supported by sponsor Bill Gurad.

Key highlights included victories by 4th Year over 3rd Year, LLB over 1st Year, 2nd Year over 5th Year, and a close semi-final where 4th Year edged past 2nd Year. In the finals, the 4th Year team defeated the 5th Year with a strong score of 128 runs to claim the championship. Sonu Yadav (4th Year) was declared Man of the Tournament.

A historic milestone was achieved with the first-ever women’s cricket match at ICFAI, where Legal Titans triumphed over ILS United, with Nandani named MVP.

The closing ceremony, presided over by Registrar Dr. R. Nesamoorthy, honoured winners and runners-up with prizes, celebrating teamwork, talent, and inclusivity. The event concluded with fireworks, music, and pride, setting a new benchmark for campus sports traditions.

On 18th September 2025, the Literary and Research Club of ICFAI Law School, Jaipur, held a special lecture and cultural session on “Role of Hindi Language: National Unity and Cultural Values” to mark Hindi Diwas. The event began with a lamp-lighting ceremony by Prof. Dr. R. Nesamurthy, Registrar, in the presence of senior faculty.
Internationally acclaimed poet and musician, Mr. Siddharth Kumar, highlighted Hindi’s role in uniting communities and preserving cultural values. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Miss Kumari Vijiya. Organized under the guidance of Mr. Mayank Mehra, the session inspired students to embrace Hindi with pride.

Greetings of the day!

We are delighted to share that a team comprising of Ms. Kunika Rawlani, Ms. Riya Khandelwal, Ms. Priyansha Agarwal and Ms. Happy Kushwah participated in Crime Scene Investigation as a part of Forensic Conclave organised by Banasthali Vidyapith, Niwai.

The team showcased their exemplary talent in the final round and has adjudged as Runner Up of the competition.

Heartiest congratulations to the team for bringing laurels to ICFAI Law School.

ICFAI Law School organized an Expert Legal Talk on 20th August 2025 as part of the Orientation Programme Day 6 for the incoming batch, featuring distinguished guest Dr. Rajesh Methi, who spoke on the importance of holistic development through learning beyond the classroom. Coordinated by Dr. Pratima Soni and Ms. Chhaya Sikarwar, the session highlighted the role of extracurricular engagement in shaping well-rounded legal professionals. The event also included a Picture Perception Test (PPT), encouraging students to think critically, enhance observational skills, and express their interpretations creatively, making the session both insightful and interactive.
