This Joint venture of TSSDS and NTTF was set up with a vision to improve the quality of technical education and to cater the requirements of the industries in the region. It was envisaged that the institute

will play active role to meet the latent demand for skilled workforce in industries by upgrading the trainee’s technical skill and competency through holistic approach and thus enhance the employability of the rural and urban youths. The center has well equipped laboratories, workshops, classrooms and professionally experienced faculties.
