In the line of duty at Majalta, SOG Constable Amjad Ali Khan Pathan of the Jammu & Kashmir Police made the supreme sacrifice while courageously confronting terrorists during an operation in Soan village, Majalta, Udhampur district. A native of Salvah village in Mendhar, Poonch district, he served the force with distinction, discipline, and exceptional commitment to national security. Known among his colleagues for his professionalism and fearless spirit, he consistently upheld the highest traditions of the Jammu & Kashmir Police in some of the most challenging operational conditions. His martyrdom is a profound loss to the force, his family, and the nation, but his legacy of selfless service and valor will continue to inspire society.

His selflessness reminds us that a safe society is built when individuals place duty, unity, and the nation above self.
