Universal College of Engineering The Universal Institute was established by the Cherukunnu Educational & Cultural Society during 1998 in Payyanur. It is an ISO 9001 2008 certified institution.

As the result of our team work and devotion , we have constructed own buildings at an institutional area near Payyanur College, Edat, about 3 kilometers away from Payyanur Town and shifted to the new location in 2003. tion have been given to arrange the practical labs / work shops in an exemplary manner. Practical Labs are equipped with full scale training aids , equipments & tools as specified in the standard norms of the controlling authorities. Now we can proudly announce that, a small institute started in 1998 is now developed as UNIVERSAL GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS . which is the largest technical /Hotel Management training centre in North Malabar region with several Government recognized courses.
