In order to provide successful treatment to the patients, the students have to undergo 2 years of their course in the preclinical dental departments. The students are taught regarding the various types of denture work, cavity cutting procedures and study the microscopic structures of the normal as well as the pathological parts of the mouth so as to make a very clear diagnosis and treatment plan of the patient.
