More often than not, we see instances where technologically-skilled students fail to grab a job opportunity or crack tricky interviews because they are unable to communicate or express themselves in correct English. Somewhere between the rigorous academic curriculum, their interaction skills get lost. The English Club of UEMK exists to bridge this gap. "Voices" aims at developing its students Engl

ish speaking skills and overall communication skills. It works toward providing the students a platform where they try and learn how to effectively express themselves in proper English. Different activities are conducted through "Voices" faculty members, core members, coordinators, and members. These activities include debates, extempores, spell bee's, and many more, all of which contribute to setting a standard in English language proficiency for the holistic growth and overall personality development of students.
