Exam pattern
Admission to MBBS course in Armed Force Medical
College is based on an objective type written
examination.
Negative Marking : Each question scored 2.0
marks and there will be negative marks of 0.5 for
every incorrect answer.
Important Dates (tentative) :
Last day for registration : 13/05/2015
Last date of filling and submission of online
application : 17/05/2015
Last date for payment of fee at any SBI branch :
20/05/2015
Admission procedure
Number of seats:
Total seats in AFMC are 130.Out of which 105 for
boys & 25 for girls in 2014 academic session.
Reservation :
Out of 130 seats 10 seats are reserved for
candidates belonging scheduled Castes/Scheduled
Tribes.
Examination :
Qualifying examination for admission to AFMC
Pune will be AIPMT – 2015 examination to be
conducted by Central Board of Secondary
Education (CBSE) and also apply AFMC Pune.
Method of selection :
Method of selection depends on rank in AIPMT
2015 and Merit prepared by AFMC 2015.
Interview of shortlisted candidates :
The shortlisted candidates must be called for Test
of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and
Reasoning and Psychological assessment which is
computer based test and consists of 40 Multiple
Choice Questions that is completed in 30 minutes.
After that candidates passed in this test, must
called for Interview which is held at AFMC in Pune.

aipmt में आज फिजिक्स का पेपर कठिन नहीं पर थोडा सा लम्बा था। पुराने पैटर्न पर क्वेश्चन थे। लगभग 100-102 बच्चों से (अलग अलग स्थानों) से बातचीत के आधार पर मेरा अनुमान हैकि mbbs के अच्छे कॉलेज में एडमिशन के लिए कम से कम
(1)जनरल के लिए450/720
(2)obc के लिए 415/720
(3)sc के लिए295-300/720
(4)st के लिए250/720
अंक अर्जित करने होंगे। ध्यान रहे अपने अनुभव के आधार पर यह मेरा अनुमान है। good luck

Update 23/10/2013: NBE announces AIPGMEE
2014!
* The National Board of Examinations has been
notified by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,
Government of India to conduct a competitive
entrance examination on All-India Basis for
admission
to All India 50% quota MD/MS/Diploma Seats –
2014 Admission Session (except for colleges
located in Jammu & Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh).
* The State Governments of Haryana, Punjab,
Chhattisgarh and University of Delhi shall utilize the
results of 2014 for admission to MD/MS/ PG
Diploma courses at colleges under their
control. These states shall not be conducting an
entrance examination of their own.
* The test shall be conducted as a Computer Based
Test (CBT) from November 25 , 2013 to December
6 , 2013 (with 26 & 29 November; 1 & 4 December
as non-testing days) at 70 test
centres located at 38 cities across the country.
* Fees: Vouchers can be obtained from selected
branches of Axis Bank on payment of Rs. 3750 for
General/OBC and Rs. 2750 for SC/ST/PWD

All India medical entrance test on May 4, 2014
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
will May 4 next year conduct the All India pre-
medical/pre-dental entrance test (AIPMT) for
admission to 15 percent seats in government
colleges for the 2014-2015 session, said an
official statement Tuesday.
"Subject to the final decision of the Supreme
Court, the CBSE will conduct an AIPMT for
admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the
academic session 2014 to 2015, on May 4, to fill
the 15 percent seats in government colleges," said
the statement.
The exams will be conducted all over India except
in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Jammu and
Kashmir which hold their own state-level entrance
test.
The entrance test will consist of one paper with
180 objective type questions from subjects
physics, chemistry, botany and zoology with 45
questions from each subject, added the
statement.
The syllabus for the entrance examination would
be the same as notified by the Medical Council of
India (MCI) for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance
Test (NEET-UG).
