Alumni Relations Cell UIET K*K is excited to announce an upcoming talk featuring a distinguished speaker from the B.Tech. batch of Electronics and Communications Engineering (2014-2018) at UIET, Kurukshetra University.

Kanika Rajput achieved a remarkable milestone by playing a pivotal role in the establishment of one of the India's largest government-owned enterprises, the National Land Monetization Company. She was also a member of GoI Task Force that drove asset monitization initiative that generated $22 Billion. To inspire young girls in underserved communities of India, she setup a not-for-profit, Nav-Tarang (a new wave of ‘Inspiration’). She conducts story-telling sessions about women who went on to accomplish incredible things despite the odds to evoke inspiration through relatable examples. She has helped over 2,300 girls become confident, dream for a better life and work towards it!

She is currently pursuing her MBA from MIT, USA the world's leading university with a 100% scholarship and is also working on her own startup in AI.

Dr. Ajay Beniwal post graduated from UIET, Kurukshetra University in 2015. He is currently working as a Marie Curie Fellow in Electronics and Nanoscale Engineering Division, University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. He holds the prestigious Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (UKRI funded). Before, joining the current position, he has served as Marie Curie Researcher/Post doctoral Fellow at University of Glasgow, UK, in a European Commission Project for more than a year. Moreover, he received his PhD degree from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, Prayagraj, India in 2021.
