Important Notice

It is for the information to all B.Tech students that using of social networks of Facebook, Whatsapp has been banned completely in the University Auditorium and other premises. If any students found using facebook/whatsapp or any other social networks for sharing any pictures and messages, he/she will be dealt very seriously and even the University administration will rusticate the students from the University.

The University has decided to fill up the vacant SC/ST seats in B.Tech programme of various branches through the score card/rank secured in IIT-JEE/AIEEE/UPTU. The seats are vacant for SC/ST students in the following branches.

1. Computer Engineering 15 Seats
2. Electronics & Communication Engineering 15 Seats
3. Electrical Engineering 15 Seats

Those who are interested to take admission in the above branches are required to send an application (format given below) along with the following documents on or before 14.08.2014 to this University office:

a) All original documents viz, High School Marksheet, High School Certificate, Intermediate Marksheet, Caste Certificate for SC/ST students.

b) A set of self attested photocopy of all above documents.

c) Two passport size photograph.

d) Migration and Character Certificate in original from the last institution attended.

e) Scored Card of IIT-JEE/AIEEE/UPTU Entrance Test.

f) Two affidavits are to be submitted in respect of Anti Ragging each on Rs. 10/- non judicial stamp paper duly signed by the candidate and parent. The format is attached below.

g) A Demand Draft of Rs. 750/- drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, BBAU” payable at Lucknow towards application fee.

h) Those who are eligible to get the Post metric scholarship, their parent income should be less than two lakh and their fee will be Rs. 2175/- only. Income certificate less than Rs. 2.0 lakh should be produced at the time of counseling.

i) Those who are not eligible to get the Post metric scholarship are required to deposit the fee of Rs. 57,175/- (Fifty seven thousand one hundred seventy five only) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Finance Officer, BBAU”, payable at Lucknow.

In no circumstances, the fee once paid shall be refunded.
