മൂന്ന് പതിറ്റാണ്ടിലേറെക്കാലമായി മതവൈജ്ഞാനിക രംഗത്ത് പുരോഗതിയുടെ പടവുകള്‍ കയറി മുന്നേറുന്ന മഹനീയ സ്ഥാപനമാണ് റശീദിയ്യ അറബിക് കോളേജ്. 1976 ഫെബ്രുവരിയില്‍ മര്‍ഹൂം. ചാപ്പനങ്ങാടി ബാപ്പു മുസ്ലിയാര്‍ ശിലാ സ്ഥാപന കര്‍മ്മം നിര്‍വഹിച്ച കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം 1979 ഒക്ടോബറില്‍ മര്‍ഹൂം. പാണക്കാട് സയ്യിദ് മുഹമ്മദലി ശിഹാബ് തങ്ങളാണ് നിര്‍വഹിച്ചത്. മരണം വരെ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ ഉപദേഷ്ടാവായിരുന്ന ശൈഖുനാ കണ്ണിയത്ത് ഉസ്താ

ദ് ക്ലാസിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിര്‍വഹിച്ചു. മര്‍ഹൂം. എം.എം. ബഷീര്‍ മുസ്ലിയാര്‍, കെ.പി. ഉസ്മാന്‍ സാഹിബ് തുടങ്ങിയ മഹാരഥന്മാര്‍ നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കി.
മതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ രംഗത്ത് ഈജിപ്തിലെ അല്‍-അസ്ഹര്‍ സര്‍വ്വകലാശാല സിലബസിന് തുല്യമായതും സമസ്ത മുശാവറ ശരിവെച്ചതുമായ വാഫി ബിരുദം നല്‍കുന്ന കോ-ഓര്‍ഡിനേഷന്‍ ഓഫ് കോളേജസ് (സി.ഐ.സി) ല്‍ അംഗത്വമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനം, ഭൗതിക രംഗത്ത് പ്ലസ്ടു കൊമേഴ്‌സും കാലിക്കറ്റ് യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റിയുടെ ബി.എ. (ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ലിറ്ററേച്ചര്‍) ബിരുദവും നല്‍കുന്നു.
ദീനീ പ്രബോധനത്തിന് കാലോചിത പ്രബോധകരെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തില്‍ നൂറോളം കുട്ടികള്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ പഠനം നടത്തുന്നു. പഠനം ഫീസ് ഈടാക്കാതെ തികച്ചും സൗജന്യമാണ്.
