Bridging Ideas to Impact: Role of Innovation and Start-up Ecosystem Enablers

Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan college of engineering & technology (DSCET), Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Institutionโ€™s Innovation Council (IIC), organized the programme โ€œBridging Ideas to Impact: Role of Innovation and Start-up Ecosystem Enablersโ€ on 27th July 2026 at Seminar Hall 2, DSCET, with 82 students participating.

The session focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, research, intellectual property, product development, and start-up opportunities. Dr. Suresh Devaraj, Professor (Research), Sathyabama University, highlighted the importance of design thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, creative problem-solving, and technology-driven innovation.

The programme motivated students and faculty to pursue research, innovation, product development, and entrepreneurship, while strengthening the connection between academia, industry, and the start-up ecosystem.

The session provided students with valuable practical insights into leveraging Artificial Intelligence for market research, investor identification, startup development, value proposition creation, and investor pitch deck preparation. ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ“Š
