He Wore Jute bag (Bora) that is why he famed as Borewala Saint. He believed in simple living & high thinking. College is being managed by Saint Mahesh Muni ji Borewale Welfare Socicety (Ragd) Gaushala Badhni Kalan Distt. Baba Pardeep Singh ji is the Chairman of this Welfare society. The main motive of society is to educate youth of rural Area by giving them Technical Education and to make them able for getting employment in Govt. & Private sectors. College is recognized by Punjab Govt & Approved by Govt Of India (AICTE). It is affiliated to the Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training Chandigarh. College is situated on Main Mansa – Sirsa highway in Fatta Maloka Village about 4 km from Jhunir town. It is approximately 26 km from Mansa city & 12km from Sardulgarh.
