Dear Speak Asian,
Good Evening,
As We all are very eagerly waiting the date 14 November, only few hours left. On this situation lets pray almighty god to give us the desired verdict in our favour.
1 On 17 th October we got some short of great outcome from SC and tomorrow definitely we are going to have cheers
2 Based on the fact of last hearing, all govt agencies will make their presence tomorrow before SC. So there is a very good chance to get an positive resolution tomorrow itself or may be within a week.
3 If things went positive, SC may pass the order to all Govt. agencies to give clean chit to SAOL also to SAOL to clear all dues to panelist within a time frame of 14 days from tomorrow.
4 In this scenario, SAOL will have to apply for registration of PE, WHICH may be done within 24 hours as per existing new guideline of ROC.
5 AS per info received SAOL HAS done all banking arrangement with a new banker which is none other than AXIS BANK.
6 BUT STILL there are some formalities left to be completed which is being taken care by SAOL MANAGEMENT.
7 When WE talk about charges imposed on, we must have clear thoughts
A) Non – payment to panelist : Company is ready to pay so all related and concern case will be dismissed automatically after getting permission for payout
B) Money laundering and money circulation : This has been already proved by showing client list of survey purchasers so there is no money circulation
C) Violation of 591 act of ROC : Company is ready to pay the penalty whatever it may be as per govt guideline.
D) Siphoning of fund outside the country : As there was no Indian registration and direct banking channels in india so it was necessary to give payouts now there will be no siphoning of fund BY saol outside the country after having local banking arrangement.
E) To follow FEMA GUIDELINE : SAOL was working with a tie up arrangement with AN AUTHORISED DEALER IN india who fulfills all regulation of FEMA. Now after registration in india SAOL WILL follow this.

Speak Asia: completed investigation, November will filed charge sheet

In a news article in times of India .They have published that EOW had finished there investigation and soon they will filed a chargesheet soon in November . Is it good for panelist???

Answer(1)- Yes its a great sign in their 90 days of investigation they EOW just able to find the banking transaction made by SPEAKASIA ,and there is no charges against SPEAKASIA which proves that SPEAKASIA clients were false . And the all transaction made by SPEAKASIA was in a legal way. SPEAKASIA has followed every rule under which they have transferred the money .In EOW investigation EOW was also able to find the money which was distributed to the panelist .which is approx 1100 crore .The main charges against speakasia was that speakasia had operated in ponzi scheme for this to be proved they do not have any proof .

Answer(2)- And other charge is chit fund act if SPEAKASIA has no clients then this charges can be put but speakasia have shown their clients list and the transaction made by clients to the SPEAKASIA has also bee given to EOW .Means this charge can not be proved in fact they do not have any evidence to put this on SPEAKASIA .

Answer(3)- Another charge is Money Circulation Scheme in case of Speakasia its not possible. They paid their panelist for filling survey, they never said any panelist that they will only get paid if they join new members so this charge can not be put .

Answer(4)- Another charge is violation FEMA and we all know that due to the strict rule of RBI it can't be possible no money can be transferred to foreign without the permission. We all know that Speakasia was doing this for last one year means RBI and Banks were aware of this . And the Master Franchisee have taken all the clearence from RBI to transfer money outside . So this act can not be put also from unconfirmed sources .They claim that a news was shown in aajtak that RBI had find nothing illegal in their investigation so this act can't be put at all.

Answer(5)- And other main and most important charge is 420, this charge can only be put if EOW able to prove that speakasia have cheated the Panelists but it is not possible. This charge was put by a panelist in their FIR, he had mentioned that Speakasia had stopped the payment .But we all know why Speakasia had stopped the payment due to the RBI circular, Banks were not able to grant the permission for transaction . And RBI is ready to give clearance to repay the dues, so once if the accused get payment then there will not be any 420 charges .

Answer(6)- MCA also accused Speaksia for violation of company act but its not possible in case of Speakasia because Speakasia is an online business and for online there is no Law till which says that a company which runs an online business needs any registration. Company act is very old and it is yet to be revised means again there is no violation at all . .

Everyone of us very curious about the taxes about the Speakasia, it was paid in legal matter let me clear this .

Answer(1)- As we all know that Speakasia had paid their taxes in every transaction which was made in proper banking channels means there is no violation can be made. And the other and most important " did panelist paid there taxes when generated PINS ?" let me clear this as we all in the model of Speakasia we get rewarded by Reward Point means that we earn reward point not money means company can paid this to us .If we sell that reward point it can be sell as free means no one in legal matter can prove this wrong .Let me clear this by an example it is all up to me or a panelist that reward point earn by panelist can be used to generate pins and it is a logical product just like a game it is very complicate d to clear but I am trying. Means I can create an account there is no where mentioned that that PIN can only be sold through money .It can be given to our friends and family members . If they pay us for creating account its between the individuals, taxes are only paid on earning there is no any law which violated.

CONCLUSION:- In short there is nothing illegal in the matter of speakasia, its all the legal proceeding. I want to say that if EOW and RBI has any charges then Speakasia has stronger arguments against their charges means no one can stop Speakasia to win the battle .In my this article I had tried my best to clarify why should we trust on speakasia .

विनम्र निवेदन यह है की मई आपको बताना चाहूँगा की जो हूया अच्छा हुया और जो होगा वो भी अच्छा ही होना है वो हमारी अंतर आत्मा कहती है ! जिसकी वजह से आज हम लोग अपनी एकता पर कायम है ! और आने समय तक भी रहेंगे लेकिन इन दिनों हमने बहुत उतर चढाव भी देखे अपने जीवन मै और जीवन को बहुत अछि तरह समझा है ! ये बहुत बड़ी अपने जीवन की कठिन परीक्षा है लेकिन जीत का हौसला आज भी बरकरार है ! ये सब से बड़ी जीत है ! क्युकी इन्सान ही जीत और हार उसके आत्म विश्वास से ही होती है ! जो आज आप लोगो ने साबित भी कर दी है जिसमे कोई भी संदेह नहीं मेरा कहना आप लोगो से सिर्फ यही है की हम लोगो आज लगभग छ : महीने तक इंतजार किया है ! और हमारे सामने एक टाइम पर ऐसे भी वक़्त ए है जिसमे हम लोगो को ऐसा भी लगा अब क्या होगा लेकिन हम अपनी कम्पनी पर पूर्ण परोसा रखते हूए उसके साथ ही रहे और आज उस भरोसे का परिणाम का वक़्त बहुत ही नजदीक आ चूका है ! जिसको आप और हम अंतिम चरण कहेंगे और आपको भी अपने हृदय मै लगने लगा है की अब वक़्त दूर नहीं तो ये भावना इसलिए ई के आज हम उस जगह आ चुके है जो सफलता का मार्ग है ! साथ मै , मै उन भाइयों से भी निवेदन करता हूँ जो आज नकारात्मक विचारो मै है ! और उनसे कहना चाहूँगा के जीवन मै अगर सफलता इतनी आसन ही होती तो एडिसन को विधुत बल्ब बनाने मै इतना वक़्त न लगता , हर सफलता को प्राप्त करने के लिए आपको त्याग तो करना ही पड़ेगा तभी जा कर सफलता मिलती है ! जिस सफलता मै परेशानी नहीं आये वो सफलता क्या , एक किशन भी अपनी खेती मै जब अनाज वोट है तो छ : महीने खेत मै मेह्नत करता है ! तब जा कर उसको अनाज मिलता है और वो अपने बच्चो का पेट भरता है ! लेकिन अगर हम सोचे हर काम आसानी से हो तो भाई रवां को मरने के लिए रामजी को राजगादी नहीं छोडनी पड़ती और १४ बरस का वनवास नहीं करना पड़ता , जब उन्होंने त्याग किया अपने पिता को खोया और अपनी पत्नी के ऊपर हूए अत्याचार को भी सहन किया तो इससे बड़ी क्या बात है ! लेकिन किस्मत हमारी अछि है की हमें वो नहीं करना पड़ा लेकिन वक़्त का इंतजार किया और आज वो आछा वक़्त आने की तयारी हो चुकी है ! धीरे धीरे पूरी दुनिया हमारे सुर मै सुर मिलाने लगेगी ऐसा होना शुरू होने वाला है !
" अगर हम कुछ अध्यात्मिक की बात करे तो वो भी इस बात का ही संदेस देती है ! क्युकी अध्यात्मिक हमारी सस्कृति हा है वो भी हमको जननी चहिये ! कुछ दिन पहेल मथुरा के प्रसिद्ध ज्योतिषाचार्य जी ने कहा था की १५ नबम्बर के बाद स्पीक एशिया के दिन अछे आएंगे क्युकी शनि की गलत द्रष्टि होने की वजह से ये सब हो रहा है ! और अब आप कूद देखो स्पीक एशिया की अगली तारीख १४ नबम्बर है ! है न इतिफाक उन्होंने वोला की १५ नोबम्बर के बाद स्पीक एशिया का कार्य शुरू होना होगा ! " " यही बात निर्मल बाबा जी ने कही थी जो की डेल्ही के योगेन्द्र जी ने निर्मल बाबा जी से पूछा स्पीक एशिया के बारे मै तो उनको भी निर्मल बाबा ने १५ तारीख के बाद का ही समय दिया था !" तो अब सभी बातें सोचह समझ कर अगर आकलन लगाया जाये तो अब वो वक़्त बहुत जल्द ही आने वाला है जिसका हम लोग लगभग छ: महीने से इंतजार कर रहे है लेकिन अंतिम चरण मै सभी को अब एक जुट रहना होगा और एक साथ अपने हाथो मै हाथ रखने होंगे क्युकी ये वक़्त जीत का है और हमें हर दुसमन को अपने सामने से हटाना होगा ! और दिखाना होगा इस ज़माने को जिन्होंने २० लाख परिवारों से टक्कर ली है ! अब वक़्त ख़राब हमारा नहीं उनका होने वाला है ! क्युकी जो एक रहे अंत मै जीत उनी की होती है ! बस भाइयों मेरा कहना आपसे सिर्फ ये ही है की इस अंतिम चरण मै एकता बनाये रखे अगर अपना कोई भी भाई भटक रहा है तो उसे प्रेम पूर्वक सही मार्ग दिखाए जिससे कही दुसमन हमारी कोई गलती का फायदा न उठा ले क्युकी दुसमन के पास अब कुछ भी नहीं है वो सिर्फ चाहेंगे की हमारे बीच फूट पड़े लेकिन हमें अटल रहना है एक रहना है ! मुझे गर्व है की मै एक स्पीक एशिया हूँ ! जय स्पीक एशिया

प्रिय स्पीक एशियन ,
मै अभी अभी सहारा समय देख रहा था उस पर मैंने देखा की तारक जी ठाडे होस्पिटल के डॉक्टरों को चकमा देकर भाग गए इन बेवकूफों से ये पूछो की आर्थिक अपराध विभाग (इ.ओ.डव्लू) ने तारक जी के वीसा पासपोर्ट पहले ही लिए हूए है ! और ये मीडिया आम जनता का क्या भला कर रही है ! आज मीडिया की वजह से २० लाख परिवारों के घर मै अशांति फैली हूई है ! क्या ऐसी मीडिया के खिलाफ गवर्मेंट कोई एक्शन नहीं ले सकती आज जब माननिये सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सकारात्मक फैसला दिया है क्या मीडिया माननिये सुप्रीम कोर्ट से भी आगे है . ये अपने अधिकारों का बहुत गलत उपयोग कर रहे है ! और आप जनता को मानसिक दबाब ग्रस्त बना रहे है ! जिसमे २० लाख परिवार यानि १ करोड़ भारतीय को परेशानी छेलनी पड़ रही है ! गवर्मेंट वोट के लिए तो भाग रही है १ करोड़ भारतियों का दुःख नहीं दिख रहा गवर्मेंट को ! धन्य है भारत की मीडिया और धन्य है भारत गवर्मेंट ..........................
