An Expert Session on “Quality Excellence in Practice: Pharma Operations through Innovation & Start-Up Mindset” was successfully organized on 20th November 2025 by Shree S. K. Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Ganpat University for M.Pharm students. The session was conducted by Mr. Mehul Sodhan, Manager–QA, Vikram Thermo (India) Ltd., who shared valuable industry-oriented insights on integrating quality excellence with innovation and entrepreneurial thinking in pharmaceutical operations. The interactive session covered key aspects such as quality systems, deviation handling, CAPA, documentation practices, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the role of innovation in achieving operational excellence. Overall, the session provided students with meaningful exposure to industry practices and enhanced their understanding of quality excellence aligned with an innovation and start-up mindset.

An inspiring expert session was conducted on 17th November 2025 at Shree S. K. Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Ganpat University on “My Story – Motivational Session by Successful Innovators”.
Students gained valuable insights into innovation, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

The General Placement Process Awareness Session was organized by Shree S. K. Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education & Research- Ganpat University on 4th Sept 2025, where Dr. Kishor Barad (Sr. Director – Placement & Executive Education) guided B. Pharm & M. Pharm students on “Charged for Success: Gearing Up for the Industry.” The session highlighted career opportunities, industry challenges, employability skills, and the importance of active participation in TPO activities. With enthusiastic participation of around 130 students, the program proved highly insightful and impactful.

An insightful seminar on “Prototype Validation: Converting Innovation into a Start-up” was organized by Shree S. K. Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Ganpat University on 28th August 2025 from 11:30 AM to 02:00 PM at the Seminar Hall for the students of B. Pharm. The eminent speaker, Dr. Sanjeev R. Acharya, Principal, Institute of Pharmacy, Ganpat University, shared his expertise on innovation, scalability, and sustainability as key drivers for future success. The session included case studies, brainstorming activities, and an interactive Q&A, making it highly impactful and inspiring. A total of 181 students participated with great enthusiasm and gained valuable insights into transforming innovative ideas into successful start-ups.
