PES's Adv. Balasaheb Apte College of Law is organizing certificate course on
*Recent trends in Indian Constitutional Jurisprudence*
This two months online weekend course shall explore the recent developments in Indian Constitutional law, and shall particularly focus on the judgements delivered by the Supreme Court in the last decade and their implications on Constitutional jurisprudence. The endeavour is to equip the participants to understand and critically analyse the developments in Constitutional jurisprudence.
The course is structured in six modules: Constitutional morality, Freedom of Speech, Equality, Religion, Due process and Basic Structure, keeping in mind the broad areas where the law has developed at a rapid pace.
The course shall be conducted by Sudhanva S. Bedekar, Advocate, Bombay High Court, LLM (Constitutional and Administrative Law, MNLU Mumbai) and Alumnus of Adv. Balasaheb Apte College of Law.

The account details for payment of fees are contained in the course brochure. The course fee for students of ABACL is INR 2500/-. For others, the course fee is INR 2950/- (this is inclusive of 18% GST applicable to those who are not students of ABACL).
