Graduation Ceremony organised at CCOEW Nagpur for 2025 pass out batch
MKSSS's Cummins College of Engineering for Women Nagpur had organised Graduation Ceremony for the pass out batch of 2025. Mr. Hemant Chafale, CEO and MD, Trust Fintech Limited, Nagpur was the Chief Guest for the Ceremony. More than 100 students from the Mechanical, Electronics and Telecommunication and Computer Engineering branch were present for the Ceremony.
The Graduation Ceremony was graced by LMC members of the samstha, Mr. Hemant Ambaselkar and Dr. Makrand Karkare. Principal, Dr. Milind Khanapurkar welcomed the alumni and urged them to contribute to the society and samstha and the college in turn. Mr. Hemant Chafale in his Graduation address mentioned about the leading role of women engineers in India's big projects highlighting the multitasking qualities and resilience of women. He congratulated the college for cultivating new era women engineers that would play similar great roles in the upcoming future. Mr. Hemant Ambaselkar and Dr. Makrand Karkare wished them good luck for their future endeavours.
The college has legacy of appreciating meritorious bright students every year. This year (2025) 8 students of pass out batch appeared in merit list of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. With the generous funding sponsorship of Cummins India Limited (CIL), the merit holders were felicitated with handsome cash prizes of up to 53000/-.
Parents of the graduated students as well as topper students were also invited for the ceremony. Graduated students gave the feedback about their wonderful journey at Cummins and how it is helping them further in their careers/profile as well. Parents and invited graduates along with all the employees of the college enjoyed the dinner followed by the program.
The overall event was coordinated by Prof. Pallavi Ganorkar, Prof. Abhilasha Borkar and Prof. Sushil Lanjewar.
