OLLEGE :-

The K R T Arts, B H Commerce & A M Science College, Nashik ( Popularly known as KTHM College ) was established in 1969 and is affiliated to University of Pune. The College is spread over 37 acres of land on the bank of the sacred river "Godavari" at prime location in Nashik City. It is housed in Main building, Annex-I, II, III, IV and V buildings, Library building, Principal's residence, Guest house, Boat club, Gymkhana, Auditorium, Ladies' and Boys' Hostel etc. The College is recognized as a College with Potential for Excellence (CPE) by UGC, New Delhi and recipient of Best College award of University of Pune. Best Principal award is given to Dr. V B Gaikwad by University of Pune. College was accredited at 'A' level by NAAC in 2004 and reaccredited with the same grade in 2011.

KTHM College’s Documentary ‘Rail Cinema’ Receives Special Screening at ‘Rail Utsav 2025’, Kolkata.

�The Department of Animation and Video Production of Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj’s KTHM College achieved a significant milestone with the special screening of its documentary ‘Rail Cinema: Journey Through Stories on the Track’at Rail Utsav 2025 held in Kolkata. The festival was jointly organized by The Rail Enthusiasts’ Society (RES) and the Calcutta University Institute.

The documentary, which beautifully explores the deep relationship between Indian Railways and Indian cinema, received an enthusiastic response from the audience.

The event was graced by esteemed personalities including V. N. Mathur (President, RES), P. K. Mishra (GM, MCF Raebareli & Railway Heritage), Ashima Mehrotra (ED/Heritage, Railway Board), Sourasankha Mazee (Railway Researcher & RES Member), Debashish Mukhopadhyay (Senior Journalist), Atulya Sinha (Rail Literature Enthusiast), J. L. Singh (Secretary, RES), Mohammad Mujibullah (Philatelist) and writer Sanjay Mukherjee.

The documentary’s script is written by Sachin Sushil, directed by Dr. Saurabh Khawale, and edited by Jay More and Khushal Mule. Background score is composed by Adil Noor Shaikh.

The team received valuable guidance from Adv. Nitin Thakare (Sarchitnis, MVP Samaj), Dr. Nitin Jadhav (Education Officer, MVP Samaj) Dr. R. D. Darekar (Ex Principal) and Dr. K. M. Ahire (Principal of KTHM College).

मराठा समाज विद्या प्रसारक मंडळाचे केटीएचएम कॉलेज मधील ऍनिमेशन अँड व्हिडिओ प्रोडक्शन विभाग निर्मित 'रेल सिनेमा' या महितीपटाचे प्रदर्शन 'प्रीमियम शो' संस्थेचे सरचिटणीस मा. अॅड. नितीन बाबुराव ठाकरे, महाविद्यालयाचे मा. प्राचार्य डॉ. आर डी दरेकर सर, डॉ. जयदीप गुप्ता (Dean, IRIEEN, Indian Railways), श्रीमती. उषा शिरसाठ मॅडम (पूर्व अधिकारी, Films Division-Censor Board of India) आणि डॉ. सौरभ खवले (विभागप्रमुख, अनिमेशन अँड विडिओ प्रोडक्शन विभाग) यांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीत तसेच रेल्वेतील अधिकारी,माननीय पत्रकार, शिक्षक आणि विद्यार्थी, रेल फॅन्स, चित्रपट समीक्षक, अभ्यासक यांच्या उपस्थितीत पार पडला.
माहितीपटाचे संहिता लेखन सचिन सुशील, दिग्दर्शन डॉ. सौरभ खवले, संपादन जय मोरे, खुशाल मुळे यांनी केले होते.
