XIM HR Alumni Committee was delighted to host Ms. Surbhi Gupta, Mr. Dapinder Singh Narula, and Mr. Saidarsan Panigrahy from the batch of 2011-13 as panelists of the flagship event Xplorate 2024. The topic of the session was - “Navigating the path to success ”

The session focused on creating awareness among the students regarding their upcoming summer internship program, how to deal with different challenges, and insights about critical learnings required for career growth.

HR Alumni Committee would like to thank the panelists for allowing us to connect with them. We look forward to continuing our alums and wish them luck in their future endeavors.

XIM HR Alumni Committee takes immense pleasure in unveiling 'Xplorate 2024', a leadership connect session where our esteemed alumni will share their learnings and experiences with the students of the HRM batch. We are proud to welcome our alums of the 2011-13 batch.

The first speaker of this session is Ms. Surbhi Gupta, Sr. HR Business Partner at Amazon. She is a passionate and determined individual with rich experience in HR business partnership, talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management, and employer branding.

Our second speaker is Mr.Saidarsan Panigrahy, Head of HR Bhubaneswar Power Pvt. Ltd. His expertise of more than 12 years has covered several areas of the HR domain, such as people and talent management.

Our third speaker is Mr.Dapinder Singh Narula, Head HR, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. He has been working extensively to bring new initiatives for DEI to his organization.

The topic for this session will be "Navigating the Path to Success."

She graduated from XIM Bhubaneswar in the 2006-08 batch. Throughout her leadership, she has contributed to creating an unparalleled work atmosphere that has accelerated the company's growth.

With great pleasure, the XIM HR Alumni Committee presents the tenth episode of the Know Your Alum series. Meet Mr. Abinash Mohapatra, HR representative of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. of the 2011–13 batch.

In this episode, the speaker talks about how he adjusted to the demanding MBA program and reflects on his time as an MBA student at XIM. He discusses how he balances his career as an HR at IOCL with stand-up comedy. He talks about his experiences as a personnel planner and the various difficulties he encounters in this field. He also discusses the value of empathy in his professional life and how it influenced the way he works.

With great pleasure, the XIM HR Alumni Committee presents another captivating KYA series episode, this time featuring Mr. Ansuman Panda, Corporate HR Manager at Dell Technologies. Mr. Ansuman is a 2017–19 batch alumni with over 4 years of professional experience.

In this episode, the speaker looks back on his time as an MBA student at XIM and discusses how the school helped him establish a connection with his professional path. He explains what is expected of employees in terms of pay and retention. He explains how his knowledge of talent development allows him to educate employees about the significance of diversity and the programs that foster inclusivity. Essential strategies for overcoming obstacles are also covered in the session, along with how students should start working hard during their MBA journey.
