A highlight of the engagement was the high-level meeting between Shri Kumod Kumar and Dr. Manoj Sinha, Principal of Aryabhatta College, to establish a framework for long-term collaboration and mutual growth.

CIMP-BIIF, Bihar’s leading incubation centre, under the aegis of the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, is pleased to share the highlights of the visit of Shri Kumod Kumar, CAO of CIMP, CEO of CIMP-BIIF, and President of TiE Patna, to an event organised by Inspiria Knowledge Campus in collaboration with TiE Siliguri on 13th April 2026. Shri Kumod Kumar attended the event as the Chief Guest, focusing on the ‘𝘉𝘪𝘩𝘢𝘳 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘱 𝘌𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵’.

The engagement featured high-level discussions on collaboration with esteemed leadership, including Shri Gaurav Kumar (Immediate Past President, TiE SoCal), Shri Atul Gupta (President, TiE Kolkata), Shri ARUN AGARWAL (President, TiE Siliguri), and Dr. Rahul Gupta (Secretary, TiE Siliguri). A significant highlight of the visit was the signing of a strategic MoU to enhance faculty development and provide practical industrial exposure for students.

Keshav Kumar, an innovative entrepreneur incubated at CIMP-BIIF, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing a financial grant of ₹15,00,000 for prototype development under the national-level 'MSME Idea Hackathon 5.0'. His project, 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦, focuses on an AI-powered stealth glider drone designed for autonomous payload delivery in tactical and remote medical missions.

This recognition comes as Bihar makes a significant impact on the national stage, securing the 13th position in the country with 7 selected ideas. CIMP-BIIF leads this surge with 4 of its incubatees being selected for funding. Keshav Kumar is one of the 3 talented individuals chosen through the CIMP Host Institute to receive this prestigious grant.

This startup is incubated at CIMP-BIIF and supported by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India.
