As our college is committed to give value addition in student's degree, we provide Free Certification to students also. In this light recently we were having a two day training cm certification program for students in which students have attended sessions from IBM certified Trainers and after successful completion of the training and examination they received IBM certification.

In the modern job market, only a degree is not sufficient to provide quality job with a good package but some certificates are required to judge the merit of students. After understanding this fact we regularly provide certification program to our students. We are having collaboration with different universities in India as well as outside of India, corporate houses of both India and abroad.

Maa Sharda College of Technical Education & Research(MSCTER) is one of the few institutions in Bihar which provide such a type of pedagogy in which students not only receive their formal degree for which s/he has been admitted but also receive certification which will help them in future career.

There was a session on "Future of Technical Education in the era of AI" at our campus. Faculties from CIMP Patna have taken the session and students of our college have participated. It was a session for the entire day in which different aspects of technical education were discussed and how students could prepare themselves for future requirements. It has also been discussed in detail.

Professional Education requires exposure of students at maximum level in which students should not only interact with faculties of the college from where they are studying but they should interact with faculties from other good institutions also as well as with industry people.

In our college we are committed to provide so. MSCTER has signed MOUs with a number of good institutions of Bihar and India as well as some good foreign institutions also. This is the only private college in Bihar having MOUs with so many quality institutions. This helps our students to understand the industry in a better manner.

Maa Sharda College of Technical Education & Research(MSCTER) Patna is committed to quality education and good placement for the students registered in different courses. Recently the college has participated in Mega Placement Drive in which students of BBA, BCA, ANM, GNM have participated and students have received placement in different companies with very good package .
The college is heading towards 100% placement of all students in all the streams and for this we are in the direction to sign MOU with different educational institutions of repute and good companies so that there would be regular supply of quality manpower to industries from our college. The teaching methodology being followed in our college is trying its best to fill the gap between industry and academia.

Chandragupt Institute of Management(CIMP) Patna & Maa Sharda College of Technical Education & Research(MSCTER) Patna has signed an MOU in which both colleges are ready to exchange their faculty & students that will make value addition to faculty and students of both the institutions. It will help to impart the skill set expected by the industry to students. It will help students of Maa Sharda to get better internships in industries as CIMP Patna is having good industry connections. It will help our students to understand the latest technological trends. CIMP has promised to provide students of Maa Sharda to participate in all placement drives which will be there in the CIMP-campus.
This MOU will also help some of the good students of Maa Sharda to get admitted in the PGDM program of CIMP.
Maa Sharda will provide the support in terms of infrastructure also to CIMP for the projects which will come to CIMP if resource sharing is officially possible for the said project.
Overall we can say that it is a win-win situation for both parties. Maa Sharda will be able to develop a better academic atmosphere under the mentorship of CIMP Patna and it will help students of this college in getting better placement.
