A pilonidal sinus is a small, often infected tunnel or hole in the skin near the tailbone (coccyx) or between the buttocks, commonly caused by ingrown hairs.

Causes:
- Ingrown Hair & Friction
- Foreign Body Reaction
- Risk Factors: more common in young adults (15-30 years old), males, people with excessive body hair, and those with a sedentary lifestyle
Symptoms:
- severe tailbone pain
- swelling or boil
- pus drainage, usually in young adults.
Treatment: often requires surgery (excision).

Nimba Panak – where bitterness meets gentle sweetness 🌿✨
A unique formulation combining Tikta (bitter) and Madhura (sweet) rasa, supporting internal balance and metabolic harmony.

Traditionally indicated for Pitta Dosha regulation 🔥➡️⚖️, helping in maintaining digestive fire (Agni) and systemic equilibrium.

Sip the bitterness with a touch of sweetness… embrace true wellness 💚

Note 📌:
During Vasant Rutu 🌸, Kapha Dosha naturally increases. Nimba (Neem) rasa is beneficial for Kapha pacification, but when combined with sweetness, this formulation primarily supports Pitta balance, offering a more targeted physiological effect.

27/03/2026

🌿 According to Ayurveda, Vasant Rutu increases Kapha dosha.
Physicians advise consuming Ruksha (dry) and Laghu (light) foods to digest accumulated Kapha and keep the body balanced.-
Your body needs a change in routine.

✅ Focus on: Light, dry, bitter , pungent and easy-to-digest foods
❌ Reduce: Heavy, cold, sweet treats, sour items, salty food

Stop running after your meals! 🛑🍽️
Ever wonder why you feel sluggish or bloated even after a “healthy” post-meal workout? Ayurveda has the answer in this powerful Shlok from the Yogaratnakara:
What does it mean?
Sitting right after eating leads to a “tummy” (weight gain).
Lying down (specifically on the left side) provides strength.
Strolling gently (Shatapadi) increases lifespan.
Running after a meal? That’s literally chasing exhaustion (or worse).
The Ayurvedic Golden Rule:
Don’t hit the treadmill. Instead, take 100 soft steps (Shatapadi). It aids digestion without “extinguishing” your digestive fire (Agni). 🧘‍♂️✨
