Meet Trivedi. Student of our college. Batch 2011
There are several people born with the eye of an artist, but for a true painter it is always
about having the universe in his mind and hands. The skill of painting away a blank canvas with realistic human portraits is Meet Trivedi’s forte. The man is blessed with the talent of painting life-like portraits of people around him.
As every child paints their white sheet with bright colourful crayons all along their childhood, but only few gifted artist come to the limelight regardless of their age. Meet began to paint from a very young age and today is well-known as the realistic painter. Leonardo Da Vinci has been the inspiration to this wonderful artist and Meet very often refers to the works of the greatest painter of Italian Renaissance.
The artist, Meet, is currently pursuing Interior Design from the National School of Interior Design in Rajkot. At the same time, Meet has been working on a series of realistic paintings people in the golden age of life, which is to be showcased in 2014. In this series every portrait has been painted in the caricature style, which adds beautiful depth to every art piece.
The grandest gift for any painter is the sheer artistic impulse which helps them breathe life into their canvas. The very artistic impulse helps Meet capturing life into his camera as well.
“Somewhere on the Streets” is an exhibition being held at Amdavad ni Gufa from 10 to 15th September where Meet and his group are showcasing their magnificent photographs.
