A National Workshop On "MOLECULAR BIOLOGY AND BIOINFORMATICS" from April 8-10,2014. Organized by Biotech Hub Rangia College and Department of Botany and physics of Rangia college, Rangia 781354. In collaboration with University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya. Sponsord by Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
1. Objectives of the Workshop: The three day workshop is a part of the project, specially a Hands on Training Programe intends to provide the delegates with National Workshop on Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics in some basic important experiment mon molecular biology and bioinformatics.
2. Training will be imparted on:
• Extraction of DNA
• Protein isolation and Protein Techniques
• Bioinformatics Databases.
3. Who can apply:Teachers, Research fellow & PG students of Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.
4. No of Participants: 25 participants will be selected on the basis of first come first serve.
5. Course Fee: For Teachers & Research Scholars is Rs. 500 and for student participants Rs 200. Spot registration will be held on 8th Aprill, 2014 at 9:00 am.
