Article 370,
It's abrogation right or wrong, i am not qualified enough, nor do i want to indulge in that debate.
What i am concerned about after so many days, is the breakdown of fundamentals our great nation India was built upon. It seems we are back to the era when Britishers ruled us.
I have heard the whole nations views on 370, but not that of Kashmiris. The mainstream media is crippled to a point that it justifies even if govt s**ts on your face. And the bhakts have been blinded to a point that they taste that s**t like a cake.
Two IAS officers resign stating this very fact, that at least let the people speak, give them the right to dissent or to approve. Govt has every right to take decisions in it's powers, but citizens also have a right to raise their voice. You may laugh at others' sorrows now, but it is very possible that one day you'll be crippled by the state, and your right to raise a voice would also be snatched.
I am proud of my country, i am ashamed of my govt, ashamed of the media fallen in gutters, and ashamed of people who are dragging my great country to dirt. Had to speak on it, for my conscience, cause if you don't raise a voice, you are supporting the opressors.
