There’s more to an MBA than just textbooks! Meet Adarsh, a core member of the Abhyudaya Committee at IFMR GSB, who transformed a student fest into a real-world management experience.

As part of the team behind Abhyudaya—IFMR GSB’s flagship fest bringing together 22 clubs and committees, top B-school participants, and corporate sponsors—Adarsh worked on sponsorship outreach and vendor coordination. From engaging with sponsors to managing on-ground challenges during the fest, he handled responsibilities that go far beyond the classroom.

Through this journey, he learned stakeholder management, ownership, and how to stay composed under pressure—proving that real management is about ex*****on, not just planning.
