• 6:30 AM: Live telecast of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Yoga Sangam event.
• 7:45 AM: Common Yoga Protocol practice session at the Students’ Amenities Centre.
Leadership Insights: Prof. Arindam Biswas (Dean Academic & Acting Director), Prof. Debdulal Das (Dean SW), and CA. Biswajit Bhattacharyya (Registrar) addressed the gathering, emphasizing the vital role of yoga in cultivating physical well-being, mental harmony, and a balanced lifestyle.
